Routing and Responding to Your Inquiry

Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services operates through multiple affiliated companies and locations.

When you submit an inquiry through the Website, personal information submitted with your inquiry may be provided to another Ajinomoto Group company – including Ajinomoto Co. in Japan or Omnichem in Belgium – if the receiving company is better positioned to address your request.

The company to which an inquiry is routed may be selected based on factors such as:

After receiving your information, the receiving company may contact you directly and may independently determine how to evaluate, respond to, or pursue your inquiry. Accordingly, submitting an inquiry through the Website does not mean that all subsequent communications will come from the same entity.

Cookies may be set directly by the Website (“first-party cookies”) or by third-party services used on the Website (“third-party cookies”). Cookies may be temporary and expire when you close your browser (“session cookies”) or remain on your device for a specified period (“persistent cookies”). We may also use similar technologies such as tags and pixels; for purposes of this Privacy Policy, we refer to these technologies collectively as “cookies.”

How We Use Cookies

Aji Bio-Pharma uses cookies for various purposes, including to:

  • operate and secure the Website;
  • remember your preferences, including cookie and language preferences;
  • provide Website functionality;
  • understand how visitors use and interact with the Website;
  • measure and improve Website performance, content, and communications; and
  • where implemented and permitted by applicable law, measure the effectiveness of marketing or advertising activities.

Categories of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies. Essential cookies are required for the Website to function properly or to provide functionality you request, including security, network management, cookie consent preferences, and other core Website functions. Users cannot make any selections regarding Essential Cookies through our cookie banner, and these cookies cannot be disabled through our cookie preference tool. You may be able to block them through your browser settings, but doing so may affect how the Website functions.

Functional Cookies. These cookies allow the Website to remember choices you make and provide enhanced functionality, such as language preferences and other Website settings. If you do not allow these cookies, some Website features may not function as intended.

Marketing Cookies. Where implemented, these cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of communications or advertising and, depending on the technology, to understand visitor interests or interactions across websites. Where required by applicable law, these technologies will not be activated unless you provide the appropriate consent.

Cookiebot and Your Cookie Preferences

We use Cookiebot to provide our cookie consent and preference management tools. When you first visit the Website, you will be presented with a Cookiebot cookie banner that allows you to select whether Functional Cookies and Marketing Cookies are deployed on your device. Essential Cookies are not subject to selection and will be deployed because they are necessary for the Website to operate.

Where consent is required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will be used based on the choices you make through our cookie preference tools. You may review or change your cookie preferences at any time by selecting “Manage Cookies” in the Website footer. Your cookie preferences may be stored so that we can remember your choices when you return to the Website, and your choices apply to the browser and device on which they were made.

Cookie Declaration

The current cookies and similar technologies used on the Website, including their providers, purposes, categories, and expiration periods, are listed in the Cookie Declaration below. The Cookie Declaration is generated and maintained through Cookiebot based on cookies and similar technologies detected on the Website, and may be updated from time to time.

If you block or delete cookies through your browser, some Website functionality or preferences may not work as intended. Browser settings are separate from the preferences you select through our Website cookie management tools.
