| 要旨 | To enhance ADC efficacy and reduce toxicity, site-specific conjugation and stable linkers are crucial. Our AJICAP® conjugation method uses Fc affinity peptides for precise modification, while the AJICAP® linker ensures high stability and hydrophilicity. Combining these technologies, we create high-quality ADCs with controlled DARs (1, 2, 4, 10+), expanding the therapeutic window. We will also discuss the synthesis and biological evaluation of next-generation antibody conjugates using AJICAP® technologies. |
