| 要旨 | Conventional AOC development struggled with uncontrollable modification sites and numbers, causing material loss and complex purification. Moreover, even after purification, non-site-selectively modified AOCs have varied stability and efficacy. We developed a reagent targeting the Fc region of antibodies, enabling site-selective introduction of reactive groups with over 90% yield. This method provides AOCs in three steps, requiring column purification only in the final step. Early studies indicate our AOCs exhibit higher stability compared to conventional ones. |
