味の素バイオファーマサービスは、2026年9月28日(月)から10月1日(木)に米国ボストンで開催される「Discovery on Target 2026」に参加し、ブース出展およびポスター発表を行います。
本カンファレンスでは、創薬の未来を牽引する化学、技術、参加者が集まり、低分子、抗体、ペプチド、コンジュゲート、放射性医薬品等のモダリティにおけるイノベーションの進展が議論されます。
当社は展示ブース（ブース番号311）を出展し、独自の位置特異的コンジュゲーションおよびリンカーのプラットフォーム技術である「AJICAP®」、ならびにタンパク・ペプチド発現プラットフォームの「CORYNEX®」をご紹介します。ポスターセッションでは、「AJICAP®」に関する直近の技術アップデートを発表いたします。

| 要旨 | The development of antibody conjugates with diverse payloads at defined stoichiometries is rapidly expanding. AJICAP® enables high-yield production of ADCs with precise control of drug-to-antibody ratios (DARs) of 1, 2, 4, 8, or higher through selective lysine modification using Fc-affinity reagents. A hydrophilic cleavable linker improves the stability and solubility of highly hydrophobic ADCs. We have also developed a single-site antibody modification technology applicable to antibody–oligonucleotide conjugates, highly potent drug conjugates, and targeted LNPs. |
