Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services will participate in TIDES ASIA 2025, on February 26 to 28, 2025.
TIDES ASIA is the the only event in Asia exclusively for experts in oligonucleotides, peptides, mRNA, genome editing, and delivery, which is a platform for exchanging strategies to accelerate the process of bringing molecules to market.
At the exhibition booth, a fully integrated CDMO, with sites in Belgium, United States, Japan, and India, providing cGMP manufacturing and drug product of small molecule and large molecule APIs and intermediates.

| Abstract | Conventional AOC development struggled with uncontrollable modification sites and numbers, causing material loss and complex purification. Moreover, even after purification, non-site-selectively modified AOCs have varied stability and efficacy. We developed a reagent targeting the Fc region of antibodies, enabling site-selective introduction of reactive groups with over 90% yield. This method provides AOCs in three steps, requiring column purification only in the final step. Early studies indicate our AOCs exhibit higher stability compared to conventional ones. |
